Oysters were delightful, summer squash second course included a squash purée that was both light and incredibly flavorful. The Colorado lamb was perfectly prepared. Solid wine list too. We will definitely be back.
This place was something we never expected. The service was superb and the food so lush. Everything was local and cooked to perfection. The grilled octopus was perfectly fine. The artic char was delicious with a buttery dill sauce. I'll be back. Those cocktails have my eye. Who knew beets could be a basis for a drink!
Peas and halibut were nice, fresh dishes (even if the latter was far too small a portion for the price even as part of the lunch prix fixe). Service was friendly but food emerged slowly (even during a very slow lunch) and the space could've been cooler (a/c low or off).
