"Bill Walker is the Executive Chef of The Kennison. Drawn to the fast-paced and demanding environment of the hospitality industry early on, Walker has over a decade of experience. After graduating from Kendall College, he honed his skills working in a variety of Chicago restaurants, including Old Town Social, Wood Restaurant, Salero and The Green Zebra.
Walker’s menu at The Kennison is characterized by innovative plays on familiar flavors and dishes. Walker is committed to working with local farmers to create ingredient driven dishes that revolve around both seasonality and sustainability, especially given his close proximity to the Green City Farmer’s Market."
