"Owners Katy and Brian Vaughn grew up in the South and have been known to get a little homesick from time to time so they decided to bring a little down home to the higher elevation of Steamboat and opened LOW. Met with rave reviews, they decided to expand LOW to Denver in 2017 in the Lower Highlands Neighborhood. Chef Brian Vaughn has created a food and beverage menu in both locations that combines time-honored Southern cuisine using only the highest quality of ingredients. The result is genuine hospitality, serious drinks, and the best fried chicken you have ever sunk your teeth into. We promise."

Fried Chicken and Jambalaya we're delectable, although the Jambalaya was a rather small portion for the price. The cocktails were fresh and inventive. Atmosphere was quaint and the service strong. Highly recommend visiting!
Restaurant was quiet on a Sunday evening, so atmosphere was lacking a little. Food was good, service was attentive.
Sodas are not free refill as they come in cans, so if you're a big soda drinker that can add up.
Enjoyed our meal and would return.
I had the French toast with fried chicken entree, and my friend had the sausage gravy with biscuits entree. She got the Bloody Mary which she said was ok, and my mimosa was a very small poor for the price compared to other brunch location. All in all it was a good place to try for brunch, the food tasted great. However, service could be a bit improved (maybe it was just our waiter) and the drinks were very small pours for the price
