Great BBQ spot in Flatiron. The guys cutting meat are really nice and the waiters are efficient. The meats and sides can get quite expensive; e.g. $14 for 2 slices of brisket and $6 for a small cup of baked beans. It's best to go with a large group to order everything. My favorites were the ribs, brisket, bourbon sweet potatoes, and spicy corn hash. Those were very flavorful and hearty.
Very great tasting food and decently priced drinks for Manhattan. This place has the best brisket I’ve had in New York, offering diners the choice or moist or lean brisket. The best part about this BBQ place is that they allow diners to order as much or as little as they want so you are able to order many different meats without being too stuffed if coming with a smaller group.
A combination of amazing food and kind staff make Hill Country the #1 go to place for any kind of barbeque. The frequent and different specials on the menu make you come back for more and more.
