Very cool, dimly lit vibe. Started off with calamari which was huge but delicious! Don't skip the bruschetta, we went for the buratta bruschetta and it did not disappoint. Entrees were just soso--pistachio pesto pasta and grilled prawns. Definitely could've skipped the entrées and just stuck with starters! Place was bustling so I felt like we were right on top of the couple next to us, but had a cool atmosphere and great service.
We got a sangria- okay but no fruit- and my fiancé got a well-made old fashioned. We ordered the rice balls and they were unique and flavorful. We also got the lasagna which was a hefty portion and delicious- very rich. We got a pizza (margarita) which was good quality, Napoli style pizza. It was a bit pricey, and there were no drink specials, but overall good quality food. The downfall was the seating- cramped next to two other parties.
The food tasted pretty good but it got a little cold when it came. Tried the holy cannoli; not too sweet and tasted really good! Recommend it for three people or more though, it’s too much for two people.
