Ordered taquenos, empanadas and steak skewers for appetizer. Then arroz con pollo and seafood risotto for main. The restaurant wasn’t very full but the weather was terrible so that’s probably why. The waiters were friendly and the food was yummy!
Great upscale Peruvian. I’m always on the hunt for traditional dishes done right with a great vibe and baby brasa is the best in Manhattan. Pisco sours were classic and the ceviche was fresh and marinated perfectly. Items like ají de gallina and pastel de choclo are gems. Light was right, music was fun. Definitely a Friday night noise level, but not overly loud. Service was good, not too many interruptions.
Delicious food, great vibes! They seemed a little understaffed with no hostess but once we were finally sat, the wait service was excellent.
